Mr. Reese has over 40 years’ experience in public and private businesses serving in Board of Director positions for energy companies and commercial banks as well as Chief Financial Officer for a multi-billion dollar public energy company and private ventures. Across his career, Mr. Reese has directed over 50 acquisitions and financings from as small as a few hundred thousand dollars to multibillion dollar transactions in both the domestic and international arenas. Moreover, Mr. Reese has either directed or participated in numerous due diligence examinations, both domestic and foreign and served as company and industry representative for government activities. Mr. Reese is also the founder and owner of a company offering senior level financial services, investor relations and capital market guidance to business clients.
